The price we put in writing is the price you pay.
How the fixed price works
The calculator gives you an honest range in sixty seconds, then a free survey fixes one written price covering materials, labour and VAT. That price doesn't move once it's in writing. If something genuinely unforeseeable turns up mid-job, we stop and talk to you before anything changes — never a surprise line item at the end.
A new boiler
Every fixed price includes the new boiler and flue, a full system flush, a magnetic filter, controls set up and explained, making good, Gas Safe certification with Building Regs notification, warranty registration and a full handover. Nothing on this list is an optional extra, and removal of the old boiler is part of the job.

Air conditioning
One written price, everything included. The fixed price covers the indoor and outdoor units supplied and fitted, insulated refrigerant pipework, condensate drainage, the electrical connection and testing, a pressure test and vacuum before any refrigerant flows, and commissioning with a full demo of every mode and the paperwork. It does not move after the survey.
Repairs, servicing and plumbing
We agree the price before we come — you'll know the cost of the visit and the likely job in writing first. No meter running on the doorstep.

We never quote a kit price we haven't confirmed on your home — your exact hardware price is fixed in writing at the free survey, along with your plan.
