Home air conditioning in South Herts & North London — cool summers, warm winters, one tidy install.
An air-to-air system cools and heats. Free home survey, fixed price, F-Gas certified — and £2,500 off where the grant applies.
How it works
Survey
Free home survey — we look at the rooms, the walls, the outdoor space, and listen to what you actually want.
Honest sizing
We size the system to the room, not the invoice. No oversold units fighting spaces they can't cool.
Fixed price
One written price, everything included. It doesn't move after the survey.
Fitted clean
Neat pipework, tidy mounting, tested, and handed over so you know every mode.
One system, both seasons
Modern air conditioning is a heat pump. The same unit that cools your bedroom in July heats it efficiently in January — often the cheapest room-by-room heating upgrade there is. That's also why the £2,500 Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant can apply: it's an air-to-air heat pump.
What do you need?

Your questions, answered
- How much does home air conditioning cost?
- A single-room air-to-air system typically runs £1,800–£2,600 installed; multi-room systems from around £3,400. Your fixed price is confirmed at the free survey and doesn't change afterwards.
- Can I get the £2,500 grant for air conditioning?
- Sometimes — the grant applies to air-to-air heat pumps (which is what modern air conditioning is) when the installation is MCS-certified and your home qualifies. It does not apply to cooling-only installations. We confirm your eligibility at the survey, before you commit to anything.
- Is it noisy?
- Modern indoor units run at library-quiet levels on normal settings, and the outdoor unit is positioned and mounted to keep sound away from bedrooms and neighbours. You'll hear the numbers for the exact models on your quote.
- Who can install air conditioning?
- Refrigerant work is legally restricted to F-Gas certified engineers. We're F-Gas certified — ask to see the certificate, and be wary of anyone who can't show one.
